Information Technologies Inc., dba ITI Direct Mail (collectively, "ITI," "we," "us," or "our"), operates ITIDIRECTMAIL.NET and provides printing, direct mail, mailing-list, mailing-preparation, order-processing, proofing, and related services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with ITIDIRECTMAIL.NET, our products and services, customer accounts, order processing, payment processing, file uploads, mailing-list processing, proofing, document-signing, customer support, and other communications with us.

Customer-Supplied Mailing Lists and Order Materials

Customers may provide ITI with mailing lists, address files, names, postal addresses, variable-data files, artwork, images, documents, mail-piece content, instructions, and other materials for use in connection with an order or mailing job. These materials may contain personal information about the customer's intended mail recipients or other individuals.

When a customer provides this information to ITI, ITI uses it to perform the services requested by the customer, such as file review, list processing, addressing, mail merge, personalization, proofing, printing, mailing preparation, postage processing, delivery to USPS or another mailing or transportation provider, customer support, and related order documentation.

Customer-supplied mailing lists remain the property of the customer while in ITI's possession. ITI does not sell customer-supplied mailing lists or offer them for use by any other party.

Mailing Lists Obtained From Third-Party List Providers at a Customer's Request

Customers may ask ITI to obtain, purchase, rent, license, or arrange mailing-list data from third-party list providers for use in a customer's mailing campaign. The categories and criteria available for mailing lists vary by list provider, campaign type, geography, intended use, and customer selection.

Depending on the list requested, mailing-list data may include names, postal addresses, business information, consumer information, demographic or geographic criteria, household or business characteristics, category selections, specialty-list criteria, and other information made available by the applicable list provider.

Mailing lists obtained from third-party list providers are subject to the applicable order terms, ITI's Terms and Conditions, ITI's List Rental Terms, any applicable List Rental Agreement, and any requirements imposed by the list provider. ITI uses and provides these lists only as permitted for the customer's approved campaign or other approved use.

Public-Record List Products

ITI may offer certain mailing-list or data products that include publicly available information, such as information lawfully made available from public records or similar public-record sources. These public-record list products are separate from customer account information, registration information, payment information, order information, customer communications, and customer-supplied mailing lists.

ITI may obtain public-record list information from public-record sources or public-record data providers. Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, ITI does not add non-public consumer data, append emails or phone numbers, create consumer profiles, or enrich these public-record list products with non-public information.

Sources of Personal Information

We may collect personal information from the following sources:

Directly from you, your organization, or your authorized representatives when you create an account, request a quote, place an order, submit files, upload artwork, provide a mailing list, approve a proof, make a payment, request customer support, communicate with us, or otherwise use our website, products, or services;
From customer-supplied files, mailing lists, address files, variable-data files, artwork, documents, instructions, order materials, and other content provided to ITI in connection with an order or service request;
From third-party list providers when a customer asks ITI to obtain, purchase, rent, license, or arrange mailing-list data for the customer's approved campaign or other approved use;
From public-record sources and public-record data providers for certain public-record list products. These sources relate to list products and are separate from the sources of customer account, registration, payment, order, and website-use information;
From payment gateways, merchant processors, banks, financial institutions, fraud-prevention providers, and other payment-related service providers that help process, verify, document, or secure payments and transactions;
From proofing systems, document-signing systems, website hosting providers, order-processing tools, email and communications providers, analytics providers, security providers, and other service providers that help us operate our website, process orders, communicate with customers, protect our systems, and provide our products and services;
From mailing, shipping, and fulfillment providers, including USPS, shipping carriers, commingling providers, drop-shipment providers, list-processing providers, and other vendors involved in preparing, documenting, transporting, or completing an order;

We use customer-supplied mailing lists and order materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the services requested by the customer, document the order, provide support, address disputes or claims, comply with applicable legal or postal obligations, and protect ITI's rights and systems.

When a customer asks ITI to obtain, purchase, rent, license, or arrange mailing-list data from a third-party list provider, we use that information to fulfill the customer's approved campaign or other approved use, coordinate with the applicable list provider, process the order, document the transaction, enforce applicable list-use restrictions, and comply with applicable legal, contractual, postal, and list-provider requirements. ITI does not review or determine whether a customer's intended use of a mailing list, mail piece, offer, advertisement, claim, communication, industry-specific marketing practice, or campaign complies with applicable law, industry rules, or the customer's own legal obligations. The customer is responsible for the legality, compliance, and appropriateness of its use of any mailing list and any related marketing campaign.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to operate our website, process orders, provide our products and services, protect our business and systems, comply with applicable law, and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

Government agencies, courts, regulators, postal authorities, law-enforcement agencies, payment networks, financial institutions, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, postal requirements, payment-network rules, subpoenas, court orders, governmental requests, or similar obligations;

We do not sell customer-supplied mailing lists or offer customer-supplied mailing lists for use by any other party. We disclose customer-supplied mailing lists and order materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the services requested by the customer, complete or document the order, work with service providers involved in the order, comply with applicable legal or postal obligations, address disputes or claims, and protect ITI's rights and systems.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

California privacy law defines "sale" and "sharing" broadly. A "sale" may include certain disclosures of personal information for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" may include certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even if no money is exchanged.

ITI does not sell customer account information, order information, payment information, customer communications, or customer-supplied mailing lists to third parties.

Customer-supplied mailing lists remain the property of the customer while in ITI's possession. ITI uses and discloses customer-supplied mailing lists only as reasonably necessary to perform the services requested by the customer, complete or document the order, work with service providers involved in the order, comply with applicable legal or postal obligations, address disputes or claims, and protect ITI's rights and systems.

When a customer asks ITI to obtain, purchase, rent, license, or arrange mailing-list data from a third-party list provider, that transaction may involve mailing-list data supplied by the third-party list provider for the customer's approved campaign or other approved use. Such mailing-list transactions are separate from ITI's handling of customer account information and customer-supplied mailing lists, and may be subject to the applicable list provider's terms, ITI's Terms and Conditions, ITI's List Rental Terms, and any applicable List Rental Agreement.

Public-record list product transactions are also separate from ITI's handling of customer account information, registration information, payment information, order information, customer communications, and customer-supplied mailing lists. Some list products may consist of publicly available information, including information lawfully made available from public records. Publicly available information may be excluded from "personal information" under applicable California privacy law.

ITI will continue to evaluate its practices and will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required opt-out mechanisms if ITI determines that its practices constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under applicable California privacy law.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have certain rights regarding their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and other applicable California privacy laws. These rights may include:

Privacy requests involving a customer-supplied mailing list may need to be directed to the customer that provided the mailing list to ITI. In those situations, ITI may act at the direction of its customer, as appropriate, because ITI uses customer-supplied mailing lists to perform services requested by that customer.

Privacy requests involving mailing-list data obtained from a third-party list provider at a customer's request may also depend on the applicable list provider, the source of the information, the applicable list terms, and the nature of ITI's role in the transaction.

Privacy requests involving public-record mailing-list or data products may depend on the nature and source of the information, including whether the information is publicly available information or otherwise subject to legal limitations or exceptions.

Notice at Collection

When we collect personal information from you, we collect it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to operate our website, create and manage accounts, process orders, review files, prepare proofs, process payments, provide printing and mailing services, communicate with you, maintain records, protect our systems, comply with legal obligations, and improve our website and services.

ITI does not intend to retain customer-supplied mailing lists or uploaded order materials longer than reasonably necessary for the order and related business purposes, but retention periods may vary.

ITI does not sell customer account information, order information, payment information, customer communications, or customer-supplied mailing lists to third parties, and ITI does not use that information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As described in the "Sale or Sharing of Personal Information" section, mailing-list transactions involving third-party list providers are treated separately from ITI's handling of customer account information and customer-supplied mailing lists.

Where appropriate, ITI may provide additional notices, links, or disclosures at or near the point where personal information is collected, such as account registration, checkout, file upload, proof approval, contact forms, payment processing, or mailing-list order forms.

Cookies, Analytics, and Website Technologies

ITI uses cookies, server logs, Google Analytics, and similar website technologies to operate ITIDIRECTMAIL.NET, maintain website security, understand website traffic, diagnose technical issues, measure website performance, and improve our website, products, and services.

Some browsers, browser extensions, or privacy tools may transmit opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, or other similar signals. Customer-supplied files, artwork, documents, mailing lists, address files, variable-data files, proofs, and other order materials may be retained for different periods depending on the nature of the order, production workflow, customer support needs, technical requirements, backup systems, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and other business or IT-related factors.

ITI does not intend to retain customer-supplied mailing lists or uploaded order materials longer than reasonably necessary for the order and related business purposes. However, because retention may depend on production workflows, customer support needs, backups, legal obligations, disputes, and technical or operational requirements, ITI does not guarantee that all such materials will be deleted immediately after an order is completed.

Customers are responsible for keeping their own copies of artwork, files, mailing lists, documents, approvals, and other materials submitted to ITI. ITI may delete, archive, restrict access to, or make unavailable customer-supplied materials after an order is completed, after any applicable retention period, or when ITI determines that continued retention is no longer reasonably necessary.

Security

ITI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include measures related to account access, system security, file handling, payment processing, vendor management, and internal business practices.

Certain account features may require a username, password, or other login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to devices, systems, or email accounts that may be used to access ITIDIRECTMAIL.NET or communicate with ITI. You should notify ITI promptly if you believe your account credentials have been lost, stolen, misused, or accessed without authorization.

Payment information may be processed through payment gateways, merchant processors, banks, or similar payment service providers. Children's Privacy

ITIDIRECTMAIL.NET and ITI's products and services are intended for adults and businesses, and are not directed to children under 13 years of age. ITI does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If ITI learns that it has collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, ITI will take reasonable steps to delete that information as required by applicable law.

ITI does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16 years of age.

ITIDIRECTMAIL.NET is operated from the State of California in the United States. ITI's website, products, and services are intended primarily for users, customers, orders, campaigns, and mailing services in the United States.
