Our mail merging system allows you to insert any and all information from your mailing list into the body of each letter. Plus, with our advanced printing solutions, we can even include merge information on both the front and back of double-sided letters!
Next-day orders are proofed within five business hours. Our proofing hours are 7am to 4pm PST. If your proof is approved by 10am PST (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays); your job will be mailed on the same day. Ensure that your files are set up correctly based on our guidelines, or your job may need to be re-proofed and will not be mailed the next day. Reproofing will incur a $35 fee if the error is on your side. Files supplied not in accordance with our setup guide will take longer than 4 hours to proof. Below are some examples of this turnaround.

Our handwritten fonts are an excellent way to stand out and increase the open rate of your envelopes. You can use these fonts at no extra cost and with the option to be printed in black or any other color. Furthermore, we can even create a font based on your own handwriting. Not only can you use our handwritten fonts, but you can also use them with discounted bulk postage!
We are proud to offer one of the most economical minimums in the entire industry—just 50 pieces per order! We can even mail such small orders with discounted postage as well.
Our peel & stick stamps give your envelopes a professional look instead of that of junk mail. We can even print cancellation marks on your postage, making it look just like regular 1st class postage from the USPS.
The list must be in CSV format; we do not accept Excel. You will be required to upload your list on the next page after you upload your letter/envelope on this page. You can upload multiple lists and choose all of them to be combined and used for this mailing. You will need to map each column/field in your list for a certain purpose, e.g. you will map your field OWNER_FNAME to “First Name”. All the fields/columns you intend to use in this job must be mapped to a field. If your list has extra fields/column that is not needed for this job; you should leave them mapped as “Don’t include”. See the options below if you have a field in your list that we do not show an exact map name.
The letter must be in PDF format. If you have a multi-page letter then you’ll need to upload a multi-page PDF, NOT a separate page for each page. If your letter requires mail merging then indicate the location of the merge fields by inserting the field name in <<>>, e.g. <
