Greeting card mailer (Low Volume & Variable Data)

Choose your paper type. Both sides of the sheet are glossy and can be written on with a marker. Pen ink will most probably smear. If you choose UV coating, then writing will not be possible on the UV-coated side.

Mail merge your greeting card to include the recipient's name on the card. The mail merge option includes mail merging the inside, the outside, or both.

Choose how you want the front & back of your card to be printed. We don't offer color on one side and B&W on the other for this product.

Choose if you'd like the front of your card to be coated. You can NOT write on UV coated surface. 

You can mix & match envelope type with your sheet type being used for the letters. Choose "Pre-printed envelopes" if you have already printed stock from a different order such as an offset press order. We can NOT accept envelopes printed by other companies. 

Choose how you want the front & back of your envelopes to be printed. You must have a minimum of 0.25" clear zone around all 4 edges. Additional charges will apply to envelopes containing ink coverage greater than 20%. We offer digitally printed full-bleed envelopes which allow your graphics/printing to extend all the way to the edge of the envelope, meaning you have no clear margin around the envelope. Full bleed envelopes allow you a maximum of 60% ink coverage.

If you are a nonprofit company, you need a nonprofit authorization number from USPS so we can mail for you at the lower nonprofit rates. It is FREE to use any of our handwritten fonts for addressing your envelopes. You have the choice to use the handwritten font for your delivery as well as your return address. See a list of our handwritten fonts here. Post Office limits the use of the very cursive handwritten fonts for jobs using "presort/discounted/bulk" class postages. The prohibited fonts will not show in this dropdown if you have chosen a presort class postage. No such restriction exists if you have chosen regular first-class postage. Choose if you will be uploading your envelope template in PDF or if you would like us to print your name, company name, and return address in the same font as your card on the top left corner of your envelope. 

Enter the name and return address to be printed on the top left corner of your envelope. You are allowed multiple lines for the name as well as address. Name is not required and can be left blank but the address is required as per USPS regulations unless your postages style is imprint.

Turnaround begins based on the time you approve your proof, not when the order is placed or files are uploaded.  Depending upon when the order is placed and files are uploaded, proofing takes half to full business day. The cut-off for proof approval is 12 pm PST.  If you approve your proof before 12 pm PST, that day will count as your first day.  If you approve your proof after 12 pm PST, then the next business day will be your first day. PDF proof - FREE
PDF proofs are only to ensure such items as font size, image quality, making sure your content has not shifted and is being printed in the correct location, and your overall design and layout. If you print your PDF proof, it will NOT resemble your final print job. PDF proofs are NOT intended for color matching because your computer screen display colors in RGB mode and our printers print in CMYK spectrum. If color accuracy is essential, we recommend ordering a hard copy proof. A PDF proof will be sent to you within 1 business day from the time your order is placed, paid for and files have been uploaded.

Mail proof
You will first receive digital proof within 1 business day from the time your order is placed, paid for and files have been uploaded. Once your digital proof is approved then a hard copy proof will be produced and sent to you via the shipping method chosen. Click herefor more information about our hard-copy proofs.

Your setup is free if your card, envelope, and mailing list are setup up correctly. In order to qualify for FREE setup, your files must be set up as shown below:

• Envelope setup
• Mailing list setup

Choose this option if you'd like to stagger your mailing by splitting your mailing list into groups. Each group will be mailed one week after the previous drop.
