Number 6.5 remit envelopes with extended flaps are generally used for receiving payment either by check or credit card. The extended flap allows the recipient to write information such as credit card payment information on the inside portion of the envelope before sending it back. Below is an example of this type of envelope. These envelopes eliminate the need for sending an additional form for the recipient to complete for supplying the information printed on the inside of the envelope.
We highly recommend using the PDF templates below in designing your envelopes. PDF templates are usable only in design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and not Ms Word. Place the templates as a separate layer and do your design on a different layer. Make sure you delete the template layer before sending us your files. |
